About the Author

Clyde Fraley, MA, LMFT, NCC

Navigating the delicate intricacies of relationships is my passion. As a board-certified marriage and family therapist, I specialize in fostering healthy connections through effective communication, healing from infidelity, nurturing intimacy, premarital guidance, and post-divorce recovery. With a balanced, non-biased, and empathetic approach rooted in family systems, emotion-focused therapy, and Gottman theories - I'm here to help you build the love you deserve. Let's embark on this transformative journey together.

My Story

Early in my counseling career I provided therapy to students at Sam Houston State University with issues that included trauma, depression, performance anxiety, and relationship issues. I also helped families of domestic violence at the SAAFE House in Huntsville, TX. I’m currently in private practice and provide therapy to individuals and couples with issues that are primarily relational in nature.

My experience in the helping profession began 30 years ago. I was involved with church programs that fed the hungry and provided assistance to those in need. My compassion for people led me to The Crisis Assistance Center where I managed a program for the homeless. I also built another program for the homeless for Volunteers of America that houses 40+ families. This award-winning program is still thriving in Conroe today.
